SORRY!

Well I guess I have to type his Blog again. I did not save it...here goes again.

Sorry, it has been so long.

Two months ago we went to see Wyland. We all painted a large picture with him and I did coral. He even gave me some ideas to paint in my free time. I'm also very thankful for my parents taking me there.

A few weeks ago we got back from Zion for Halloween. I went as a hockey player and mom went as a hockey mom (Palin). I did not get a whole lot on trick or treating but, I still had fun! Thanks Greg and Matt for letting me use your hockey gear.

We went with lots of friends, Val & Linda, Cathy & Perry, Dennis & Debbie and Ray, Mary Jane and their kids Sam and Kimberly. We played the Wii on an outdoor 15 foot screen. I beat everyone! It was a fun weekend.

We also went with Ray to Kolab and saw about 6 condors. They are huge birds. Ugly heads, big wing span. also did one geotracking.

I hope everyone is well and getting ready for turkey day

Love

Done!

Last week we finally got done with our house. If you have not seen it my mom will send you some pictures. All you have to do is ask her in the comment boards.

Last month I got to paint with Wyland. If you don't know who he is, he is the painter that paints the whales on the side of buildings. He is a famous artist. I got to paint some coral. I found out he is going to be on our cruise next August.

Last week while we were camping we saw long horn steer, deer, a horny toad, long horn sheep and 2 tarantulas. we also went to an apple orchard and picked apples. There was an old one room school house, but it was closed.

Last Friday was also National Parks Day. My day helped the kids from 5th grade in Caliente pkant trees in our camp site. It was really cool!

Also thanks to Austin, Kevin, Jimmy and Tall, Dark and Creepy for helping me have a great time.

Sorry it's late!

Last week a lot of things have been happening. We saw a crane on top of our neighbors house. It stayed there for along time. We took pictures so you can see it.

We are also remodeling our front yard to a desert landscape. We still have the trees but will not have grass in the front yard. we now have bricks for our sidewalk.

We had rain last Monday. I saw a triple rainbow it was so big mom could not get it all in her camera for one picture. It was complete one end to another. The bottom rainbow went through the colors twice. It was really cool.

This weeks discussion for my blog is "Have you ever had to take care of someone you loved?" What was it like, was it scary?

I think I have an idea of what it would be like.

I would have to give them food, care for them, help them up to go to the bathroom and clean them.

I would like to be able to take care of my Mom. She gave birth to me and I love her.

School,school,school

Dear friends,

Last week we went up the mountain to see the condors. I saw one , i think my dad saw two. I don't know! I also recommend that if you get a chance you should go see them. They will be at Kolab reservoir until January and come back in spring. The scientist I talked to said they are tracking 11 of them up there. They are truly remarkable. Did you know that they have a wing span of 9 - 12 feet. It is America's largest bird. But, do not, I repeat do not look at their head......ugly!

This week we started school and I have the same feeling that I had when I started kindergarten, happy and excited. I have some of my subjects on DVD and some mom teaches me. I have some new teachers. I miss Mrs. Cox!

Love, Steven

ZION

It was a busy first half of 2008. I went on a 15 day cruise through the Panama Canal. Wow, was that cool.....

I have also been to Arizona, California and I am now in Zion, Utah with my mom and dad. Mom and I are getting ready for the next school year. This is our annual before school camp trip.

This is the start of my new blog. I will write more later
